Description

You will own the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions on Snowflake, with a specific focus on virtual data warehouse setup and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Snowflake data models, specifically handling the ingestion and processing of semi-structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using Talend, ensuring efficient ETL processes.
• Integrate external data sources via REST APIs to support data warehouse requirements.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models for downstream analytics and reporting.
• Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to support data integrity and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including virtual data warehouse configuration.
• Proven expertise in data modeling for semi-structured and unstructured data within Snowflake.
• 5+ years of professional experience using Talend for data integration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development and optimization.
• Deep understanding of REST API integration and data ingestion strategies.
• Experience building and managing Power BI semantic models.
• Background in warehousing concepts and implementation.
