You will manage data quality and testing projects for banking clients, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and testing velocity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project and test outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Measure and track activities, highlighting misalignments or project risks.
• Design testing plans and manage multiple stakeholders within project timelines.
• Execute data profiling, cleansing, validation, and migration testing.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in data quality management and testing, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Proficiency in RDBMS including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and manage data migration use cases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, project tracking, and version control using Git.
• Knowledge of working in sprints, user stories, and release cycles.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance tools like Informatica or Talend.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and clean data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data management (MDM).
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Apache JMeter for performance, API, and script-driven data validation.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to core banking systems, payment gateways, or loan origination software.
