You will build and manage scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures to support exposure aggregation and risk analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for exposure aggregation across geographies, perils, and lines of business.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from policy systems, claims platforms, reinsurance databases, and third-party catastrophe models.
• Build and manage data lake architectures using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses and OneLake.
• Develop and maintain data models optimized for Power BI, exposure dashboards, and geospatial risk analysis.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across the exposure data ecosystem to support regulatory and compliance reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale data pipelines.
• Proven experience implementing data lake solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong domain knowledge in catastrophe modeling and risk accumulation analysis.
• Proficiency in designing data models for Power BI and analytical tools.
• Experience integrating data from RMS or AIR catastrophe models.
• Background in insurance or financial services exposure aggregation.
• Ability to collaborate with risk analysts, brokers, and BI developers.
