Description

You will design and maintain data pipelines and warehouse structures within a regulated healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ETL processes using IBM DataStage or similar production-grade tools.
• Design database schemas and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in DB2 Warehouse.
• Build and maintain data workflows using AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Support BI and reporting tools such as Cognos to ensure data availability.
• Implement data governance, metadata management, and HIPAA compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing.
• Expertise in DB2 Warehouse and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage or equivalent ETL frameworks.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud services (S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Experience troubleshooting and analyzing large datasets.
• Knowledge of data governance and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medicaid data or Medicaid Data Warehouse.
• Python, Shell scripting, or AWS/IBM DataStage certifications.
• Working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
