Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Informatica applications and Kafka-based streaming solutions in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Informatica applications and ETL/database solutions.
• Implement Kafka Connect using Schema Registry, KSQL, KStream, and Kafka Control Center for high-volume scenarios.
• Write complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages for data validation and processing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support to ensure solution stability and performance.
• Coordinate with business users and development teams to implement enhancements and meet delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica application design and development.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka core concepts, APIs, and Kafka Rest proxy.
• 5+ years of experience delivering ETL, database, and programming solutions.
• Expertise in Kafka Connect, Avro/JSON converters, and Schema Registry.
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL skills, including tuning, debugging, and writing complex relational queries.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and partitioning techniques.
• Proficiency in UNIX scripting.
• Experience with Kafka topic creation, redundancy clusters, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to perform benchmarking, performance analysis, and data tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience onboarding applications from various languages and platforms to Kafka.
