You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement data models and architectures ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance to ensure timely delivery of data.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy); this is a mandatory deal-breaker.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
