You will build and scale the organization’s data and analytics foundation, focusing on reliable, scalable, and cost-effective cloud-based pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operationalize scalable data pipelines for large, complex datasets.
• Apply database management best practices including logical data modeling, physical optimization, and security.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data delivery.
• Partner with data analysts and scientists to enhance platform capabilities and usability.
• Support on-call rotations and proactively resolve issues based on business impact.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
• 5+ years designing and operationalizing data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, including JSON.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• 3+ years building data solutions on AWS.
• Extensive advanced SQL skills for data transformation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data transformation and processing.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD practices for data and platform development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with modern data lake and data warehouse architectures.
