Description

You will build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes in the cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS cloud services.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Integrate with Snowflake data warehouse and perform basic operational tasks.
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement tuning improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) with deep understanding of database design, indexing, and normalization.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services including S3, Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation tasks.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools for version control and deployment automation.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Airflow.
• Proven ability to handle large, complex datasets in enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira.
