Description

You will design and implement enterprise data architectures for batch and streaming workflows, defining strategies and standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to identify problems, prototype solutions, and establish target state architectures.
• Partner with architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and observable data solutions.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models while managing enterprise data model practices.
• Build solution prototypes and conduct experiments to evaluate architectural alternatives.
• Communicate data strategies, standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native delivery.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL and scripting development using Python or PySpark.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based infrastructure including Databricks or Redshift.
• Experience modeling HR data and working with Workday.
• 3+ years of building data solutions for analytical, operational, data science, and client data flows.
• 2+ years of experience developing or working with taxonomies and ontologies.
• Experience collaborating with Master Data Management and Data Governance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylee.
