Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable production data pipelines for enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, including job design, orchestration, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures within Azure environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for data pipelines using tools like Datadog or Grafana.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical validation to support analytics and reporting.
• Maintain documentation, data lineage, and governance standards while contributing to platform architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with production pipelines.
• 3+ years of ETL/ELT development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Bash.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage.
• 3+ years working with relational databases and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, SAP data services, PostgreSQL, or SAP ASE.
• Familiarity with Power BI or BusinessObjects.
