Description

You will lead data engineering efforts across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and technical excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level and low-level design documents, including middleware strategy and ETL principles.
• Own the design and design review of dependent programs while conducting functional and non-functional assessments.
• Manage project execution through planning, estimation, progress validation, and QA of all deliverables.
• Support and coach team members, manage issue escalation, and maintain accountability for quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-cultural teams at multiple locations to solve problems using data.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and programming.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Angular.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proven ability to work with cross-cultural, multi-location teams.
• Experience in recruitment, project planning, and estimation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Domain exposure to Sales and Marketing.
