Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions, leading technical teams and pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams implementing Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to meet business requirements.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and propose data-driven solutions for analytics.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring data quality and performance.
• Mentor team members on data management best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Databricks for data processing and engineering.
• Ability to design and optimize complex ETL data pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Informatica, DBT, and Kafka.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for pipeline issues.
