Description

You will design, deliver, and operate data lake and warehouse systems using native AWS components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines using Python, Spark, and SQL, including monitoring.
• Implement reporting and analytics infrastructure for internal business customers.
• Manage data security, encryption, and access controls across data warehouses and lakes.
• Create data objects for business analytics using established data modeling techniques.
• Gather and document requirements for data publishing and consumption with internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency in a modern scripting language (Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS).
• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, or EMR.
