You will design, build, and maintain scalable data processing systems and pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various blockchain sources.
• Develop and optimize database schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement data governance and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to make data accessible for insights.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of database systems, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in cryptocurrency or fintech companies.
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and blockchain analytics.
