Description

You will lead data strategy, architecture, and pipeline development for medium to large-scale data projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data management processes and overarching data architecture.
• Build and optimize performant data pipelines using Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
• Develop complex code for cross-functional projects while optimizing query performance.
• Socialize data models with business and IT stakeholders to align on vision.
• Lead internal technical teams to develop innovation strategies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Expert-level coding in Python and Java.
• Extensive experience with Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
• Strong proficiency in Spring and API design.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data modeling and migration protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Trinno, BigQuery, and Apache Pinot.
• Proficiency with data integration tools such as Airflow or Automic.
• Experience with GCP and Gen AI Ecosystem in Agentic Frameworks.
