You will own the end-to-end design and delivery of core data platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Customer & Account 360 and golden record strategy on Oracle Unity.
• Architect the Oracle Unity CDP, covering data model, ingestion (batch/real-time), identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation.
• Lead greenfield implementations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) from design through adoption.
• Integrate Unity with CRM, MAP, billing, support, product telemetry, and partner systems.
• Drive data governance, quality, and privacy standards across data domains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong, hands-on Oracle Unity CDP implementation experience in large B2B environments.
• Proven track record delivering Customer 360/source-of-truth programs.
• Proficiency with Python and Snowflake.
• Understanding of B2B hierarchies, accounts, contacts, partners, and subscriptions.
• Familiarity with Tableau.
• Experience running PoCs and converting them into scalable programs.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
