Description

Build and maintain real-time data streaming applications using Flink.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flink jobs written in Java and Python.
• Deploy applications on OpenShift and implement unit and system tests for all code.
• Design scalable calculation logic for both interactive and batch use cases.
• Tune and troubleshoot streaming applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to perform complex data analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing stream processing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Flink real-time data streaming.
• Proficiency in writing and reading Java and Python code.
• Experience with Flink Kubernetes Operator.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, specifically OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Cassandra.
• Understanding of design strategies for scalable, resilient, always-on data lakes.
