Description

Lead data engineering activities across the software development life cycle to support analytical and operational requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop techniques to integrate, consolidate, and structure data while managing aggregation and security implications.
• Identify data migration strategies to transition legacy data to enterprise solutions and establish test data sets.
• Reconcile data models and de-duplicate existing data stores.
• Implement and test database changes, assessing impacts on physical design and requirements.
• Lead Data Engineering Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) and provide technical recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant work experience, specifically in data migration efforts and associated tools.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Business Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience aligning systems engineering activities throughout the acquisition program life cycle.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong ability to explain problem resolutions and respond to time-critical queries from leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Agile SCRUM Master Certification.
• Cloud-related certifications.
