Description

You will own the design and implementation of data engineering solutions, including ETL processes and technical leadership.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and document ETL processes for new data initiatives.
• Support existing applications and resolve technical issues independently.
• Estimate and deliver on assigned individual project tasks.
• Perform code reviews for technical consultants and oversee work quality.
• Identify technical challenges and propose creative solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of expertise in Python development.
• Proficiency in Unix and Windows Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Postgres, and SQL Server.
• Experience with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Rancher and Minio (S3 storage).
• Ability to provide technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airflow or Spark.
• Familiarity with SAS or Talend applications.
