You will design and manage data-driven solutions to forecast trends and support operational strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Support Data Warehouse operations, including ETL processes and cloud-based data management.
• Develop business specifications, test plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation or AI-driven solutions.
• Facilitate requirements meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience developing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Proficiency with cloud-based databases such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Experience with ETL/Data Warehousing and modern cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with API integrations, AI/ML-driven analytics, and Azure DevOps.
