Description

You will design and build scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and real-time streaming systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain real-time streaming and batch data workflows.
• Build scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for data access.
• Leverage AI-driven tooling to improve development iteration cycles.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with Java, .NET, or SQL.
• Expertise with message brokers, specifically Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes (K8s), and Terraform.
• Understanding of data lake, data mesh, and data warehouse architectures.
