Description

You will own the technical direction and execution of complex data engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive features to completion across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration using Databricks.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks to ensure data quality.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability across large datasets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on data engineering principles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional Data Development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows.
• 2+ years of experience developing with Python & Pyspark.
• Experience developing within Databricks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and processes.
• Full understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles (Scrum).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or STEM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Structured Streaming (Spark, Kafka, EventHub, or similar).
• Experience building marketing cleanrooms.
