Description

You will design and maintain scalable ELT pipelines using Matillion and Snowflake, ensuring data quality, governance, and operational reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement CDC and incremental loading solutions for enterprise data platforms.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake objects, procedures, tasks, and data models.
• Perform performance tuning and cost optimization for Snowflake workloads.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and platform teams to deliver data solutions.
• Support production deployments and transition solutions into steady-state operations.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years total experience with 5+ years in ETL/ELT engineering.
• 1+ year hands-on Matillion experience.
• 2+ years building and operating Snowflake (warehouses, stages, tasks, streams).
• 3+ years hands-on Snowflake experience including stored procedures and data optimization.
• Strong performance tuning and cost optimization capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS components in data pipelines (Lambda, storage/services).
