Description

You will design and implement scalable data solutions for real-time ingestion, processing, and distribution across the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient, cost-efficient data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Own end-to-end solution implementation for complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Integrate enterprise streaming data from multiple systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain documentation.
• Meet SLAs through rigorous code reviews and adherence to DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and software development.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Expertise in cloud databases: AWS Aurora Postgres, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
• Advanced SQL skills and database administration for large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with data streaming services: Kafka, Kinesis, and IBM MQ.
• Strong understanding of containerized computing using Kubernetes or AWS ECS.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Proficiency in data formats including JSON, HL7, EDI, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare with clinical and billing data.
• AWS Cloud Certification.
• Familiarity with AI/MLOps and Generative AI technology.
