Description

You will own data engineering tasks focused on cloud migration and pipeline development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source SQL Server structure to validate target data ingestion.
• Map and design new solutions utilizing GCP services like Cloud Run jobs.
• Manually resolve object migration errors from SQL Server to PostgreSQL.
• Manage and validate database instances within the GCP platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server (tables, views, stored procedures, user functions).
• Basic understanding of SSIS, including package navigation and dependency identification.
• Intermediate proficiency in PostgreSQL (tables, views, stored procedures, user functions).
• Intermediate knowledge of GCP services (Cloud Run, Database Instances).
• Intermediate skill in Database Management Tools (e.g., PGAdmin, DbEaver).
• Familiarity with migration processes from on-prem to cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Go or Python for package recreation.
• Familiarity with ISPIRER migration tool.
• Experience with GCP BigQuery.
