Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based software solutions while leading a team of developers in a Wilmington, DE on-site capacity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud-based software solutions using AWS infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to solve complex technical problems.
• Communicate technical requirements and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Solve engineering challenges independently and collaboratively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable cloud-based software.
• Strong technical background in data engineering and infrastructure.
• Ability to lead development teams and manage technical delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
