What's the Job?

• Develop, configure, and maintain robust ETL and data integration solutions using industry-standard tools such as SSIS, ADF, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to identify and optimize business processes through innovative data solutions.
• Design, test, deploy, and support data processes following best practices to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Write and optimize code in C#, .NET, and other programming languages to enhance organizational IT infrastructure.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
• At least 5+ years of experience in ETL development and working with SQL databases.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as SSIS, ADF, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing integration solutions using C#/.NET, particularly console applications.
• Strong understanding of data exchange frameworks such as JSON, XML, and EDI
