Description

You own the end-to-end data engineering lifecycle, from research and PoC through architecture, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, cross-domain data solutions for analytics.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data ingestion frameworks.
• Drive cloud and open-source adoption while reducing technical debt.
• Implement instrumentation to monitor pipelines and detect data quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data definitions and transformations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on ETL and pipeline development expertise.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala for data operationalization.
• Experience with Apache Spark and Azure Databricks or Azure Data Factory.
• Expertise in cloud data warehousing using Snowflake or Azure Synapse.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data integration techniques.
• Experience building Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving transformation initiatives in cloud environments.
