Description

You will lead the strategic development and execution of a data governance platform roadmap using Informatica on-premise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data governance roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Informatica on-premise stack.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and report progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards to implement data quality rules, metadata standards, and data lineage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including NDMO and PDPL through regular risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data governance or data management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data governance programs.
• Expertise in Informatica Data Quality, Informatica Metadata Manager, and Informatica Axon.
• Experience managing DSP (Privitar) and Informatica on-premise infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of NDMO and PDPL regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced program management skills including risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
