Description

You will analyze quote-to-cash data to drive process improvement and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports supporting quote-to-cash processes.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to translate reporting needs into BI solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies within quoting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and automated reporting workflows.
• Provide analytical support for KPIs including quote-to-order conversion rate and DSOs.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for manipulating large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience analyzing quote-to-cash processes and associated data.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into clear insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
