Description

Manage and scale cloud and on-premise infrastructure for big data and platform data management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for relational and NoSQL distributed systems.
• Scale big data platforms with an emphasis on reliability, automation, and performance.
• Support new customer services projects through infrastructure engineering.
• Manage data management platforms including distributed and converged architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in administration or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudera (CDP / CDH) and Hadoop ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Kafka, NiFi, Spark, and ZooKeeper.
• Experience managing Solr, Flume, HBase, Hue, Impala, and Kudu.
• Knowledge of Oozie, YARN, and SOA architectures.
• Strong background in AWS services including S3, RedShift, EC2, Lambda, and IAM.
• Experience with DevOps practices, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
