Description

You will design and manage complex data pipelines and transformation layers within a Snowflake environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL processes leveraging Snowflake capabilities and DBT.
• Build and maintain advanced data models using 3NF, Star, and Snowflake schemas.
• Implement data quality checks, testing procedures, and governance compliance measures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with analysts and engineers.
• Document ETL processes, project workflows, and technical architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall professional experience in data engineering or integration.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT (Core or Cloud).
• Expert proficiency in SQL, including CTEs and complex database table design.
• Proven ability to perform SQL tuning and write efficient queries on large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (3NF, Star, Snowflake).
• Experience in data analysis and profiling tasks.
• Knowledge of development best practices, unit testing, and peer reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills for technical documentation and global collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Pharmaceuticals sector.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
