You will design and build scalable data and machine learning solutions to automate processes and drive intelligent automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines, ML models, and GenAI-powered solutions for document processing.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging GenAI technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Support junior engineers by applying GenAI concepts and leveraging AI-assisted coding for rapid prototyping.
• Monitor deployed solutions to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software/data-engineering experience with strong understanding of the full SDLC and CI/CD practices.
• Practical experience implementing GenAI building blocks (prompting, agentic frameworks, vector databases, RAG).
• Extensive Python programming experience (3+ years) with pandas, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analytics.
• Experience with big data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and/or CV.
• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins for development tools and CI/CD.
