Lead data governance reporting and quality assessment programs in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct analysis to verify data source accuracy and completeness for governance reporting.
• Analyze and test dashboards to ensure reporting requirements are met and metrics effectively benchmark policy implementation.
• Develop recommendations to resolve data quality issues and implement assessment plans for new data sources.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and serve as a JIRA administrator for reporting and automation pipelines.
• Manage the Reporting BLADE to ensure compliance with Enterprise Sandbox Governance and oversee SharePoint Online site administration.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Proficiency with JIRA for managing request pipelines.
• Experience with Data Management and Governance policies and procedures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying data quality issues and designing solutions.
• Capability to compile and present executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a JIRA administrator.
• 2+ years of experience in Tableau or PowerBI report development.
• Experience with SharePoint Online site administration and content design.
