You own the quality and accessibility of channel data to inform better decision-making.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives and conduct user acceptance testing for workflow efficiency.
• Manage rebate and contra forecasting models with Programs, Operations, and Finance.
• Support RTM operations by providing quota support for accurate deployment.
• Streamline data management processes across teams to ensure consistency.
• Serve as a reporting consultant, delivering scalable dashboards and actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data management, operations, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Proven ability to utilize Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Demonstrated ability to automate processes and improve data quality.
• Experience working across diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with quota management and reporting enablement.
• Familiarity with Aviso or Pigment analytics platforms.
