Description

Lead the Stewardship Team as a technical lead for master data management and IT operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for master data sourcing and services strategies.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing escalations and operational support issues.
• Perform data investigations across both UI and backend systems.
• Monitor and escalate daily data quality (DQ) issues and rejects.
• Optimize the OMNI MDM tool and act as a subject matter expert for data stewardship analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with Reltio.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and writing SQL queries.
• Technical background within the SDLC.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within a matrixed environment.
