Description

You will own ServiceNow data management, architecture, and integration initiatives across the enterprise platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow data architecture, ensuring scalability and performance for CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.
• Develop data integration solutions using RESTful APIs, Web Services, JDBC, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transformation Maps.
• Implement data models and complex reports using Performance Analytics and the native reporting engine.
• Lead data governance activities and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
• Align platform operations with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data management or ServiceNow platform administration.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Data Architecture and modules: CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, SailPoint, and MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting tools, including Performance Analytics.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and data governance principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
