Lead data logic and mapping for the Case Management Platform transition from Jiva to MedHoK.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Determine mapping of data fields and definitions from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Perform gap analysis on fields, data, and definitions to ensure continuity.
• Define the logic required to replicate existing outputs within new data structures.
• Analyze the Member Engagement Datamart to determine if a complete rebuild is required.
• Extract and analyze data to support the transition of business logic.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data mapping and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience using SAS for data manipulation.
• Experience using Python for data tasks.
• Expertise in data mapping and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of Jiva systems.
• Ability to work independently on business-side logic requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Exposure to data visualization tools.
