Good to Have Skills: Experience with regulated environments including auditability, traceability, and IQ/OQ/PQ readiness. Knowledge of PTC Windchill database tables and database optimization. Mentoring capabilities for junior engineers and contribution to migration frameworks and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end PLM data migration strategy and execution to PTC Windchill platform.
• Perform comprehensive source system analysis, data profiling, and data quality assessment activities.
• Define detailed source-to-target data mapping for Parts, Documents, CAD files, BOMs, and Change objects.
• Design and execute robust ETL processes for Extract, Transform, and Load operations.
• Configure and run Windchill Bulk Migrator for handling large-volume data migrations efficiently.
• Handle CAD and content vault migrations using Creo and SolidWorks via WGM tools.
• Execute multiple migration rehearsals and provide comprehensive support for cutover planning activities.
• Perform data transformation, normalization, and cleansing to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Develop and execute pre-load and post-load validation and reconciliation reports for accuracy verification.
• Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and business validation on migrated data.
• Identify and resolve migration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues proactively.
• Optimize loader performance, vault configuration, and system scalability for enhanced migration efficiency.
• Support regulated environments ensuring auditability, traceability, and IQ/OQ/PQ readiness compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with functional, integration, and business teams throughout migration projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to migration frameworks and best practices development.

Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in data migration to PTC Windchill and related process areas, with a total experience of more than 5 years in IT industry. 6+ years' experience candidate can apply.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
