Description

Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution to the PTC Windchill PLM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform source system analysis, data profiling, and quality assessment activities.
• Define source-to-target data mapping for Parts, Documents, CAD files, BOMs, and Change objects.
• Design and execute ETL processes and configure Windchill Bulk Migrator for large-volume migrations.
• Handle CAD and content vault migrations using Creo and SolidWorks via WGM tools.
• Execute pre-load/post-load validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration to PTC Windchill.
• Strong expertise in ETL, PLM, and Database Management.
• Proficiency with Windchill Bulk Migrator and data quality assessment.
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and Creo CAD tools.
• Knowledge of PTC Windchill database tables and optimization.
• Experience with CAD content vault migrations through WGM.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated environments with auditability, traceability, and IQ/OQ/PQ readiness.
• Mentoring capabilities for junior engineers and contribution to migration frameworks.
