Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to new solutions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of migration projects, covering design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex data and system issues to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data migration and system integration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Experience with migration tools, interfaces, and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
