You will design scalable data models to support business initiatives and product offerings.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including 3NF and dimensional modeling.
• Create conformed dimensions for use across multiple business units.
• Partner with project teams and architects to gather requirements and deliver modeling solutions.
• Establish data modeling standards, design checklists, and governance processes.
• Mentor junior data modelers and guide teams within autonomous squads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency with SAP Power Designer, Oracle Designer, or Erwin.
• Strong SQL querying skills, ideally ANSI SQL.
• Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling and crafting conformed dimensions.
• Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams.
• Ability to explain complex data structures to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with enterprise-level data modeling and database design.
• General working knowledge of AI technologies and trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving adoption of enterprise standard methodologies.
• Ability to contribute to industry thought leadership regarding data strategy.
