You will design and implement data structures to support business requirements and organizational data strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical Data Vault models to represent business requirements.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards to ensure organizational consistency.
• Analyze and optimize data models for performance through indexing, partitioning, and storage strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to translate requirements into effective models.
• Partner with Data Engineers to execute target state strategies and ensure governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in databases, data warehousing, or data and analytics operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on data modeling experience.
• Deep understanding of Data Vault concepts and methodologies.
• Expertise in database design and data warehousing architectures.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong ability to conduct business requirement gathering and analysis.
• Broad understanding of technologies used to build and operate data and analytic systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vaultspeed.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake.
