Design and implement normalized and dimensional data structures for complex Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain normalized and dimensional data models for Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable documentation.
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to solve data architecture challenges.
• Architect data solutions specifically for Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with a primary focus on data engineering and modeling.
• Expertise in both normalized and dimensional modeling disciplines.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Extensive experience using Erwin or other industry-standard modeling tools.
• Proven background working within Property and Casualty (P&C) domains.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Wealth Management domains.
