Description

You will design and implement data models for enterprise-scale OLTP and OLAP applications.

Responsibilities

• Design data models for enterprise solutions from scratch, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to align data models with business requirements.
• Establish and enforce data modeling standards, best practices, and governance compliance.
• Work with database administrators to implement and maintain models while conducting data profiling to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data model design for OLTP and OLAP applications.
• 2+ years of experience modeling NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Neo4j.
• Expertise in schema design for hierarchical data, entity relationships, embedded documents, and collections.
• Proven ability to model relationships and references in document and graph databases (one-to-many, many-to-many).
• Experience creating design patterns focused on scalability and performance.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or ERWIN.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and relationships within automotive data.
• Ability to travel to customer locations for workshops as required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on automobile-related projects.
