Description

You will lead the enterprise-wide Common Domain Model (CDM) strategy and governance for Capital Markets and Investment Banking platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern enterprise Common Domain Models, defining canonical business semantics across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and canonical data models to ensure structural integrity.
• Lead metadata, lineage, governance, and semantic consistency initiatives across the organization.
• Drive the adoption of canonical models across enterprise systems and support AI/LLM initiatives with AI-ready semantic architecture.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to align data structures with regulatory and operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or canonical data modeling within Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle modeling, including trades, positions, valuations, cashflows, legal entities, and reference data.
• Experience with metadata management, data lineage, governance, reconciliation, and auditability requirements.
• Knowledge of ISDA CDM and FINOS standards.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and API/data contract governance.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex data concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enabling AI/LLM initiatives through semantic data architecture.
• Background in regulated financial environments with strict compliance requirements.
