You will design and maintain data models to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across business systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet business requirements.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, including normalization, indexing, and partitioning.
• Utilize DRB methodologies to create and maintain comprehensive data resource books.
• Support ETL processes and data integration initiatives to ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data structures.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data modelling, database design, and data management.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing databases.
• Proficiency with data modelling tools such as Erwin or IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, and data engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Master's degree in a related technical field.
