You will design, maintain, and govern complex enterprise data models.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and logical data models to support business needs.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical data specifications.
• Design and implement data structures using industry-standard tools.
• Govern data assets across the enterprise to ensure consistency and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in Erwin and MagicDraw for modeling and design.
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake for data manipulation and warehousing.
• Strong understanding of core data modeling principles.
• Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, and OMOP.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in technical initiatives.
