Convert business objects and processes into coherent digital data models that serve as information architecture blueprints for enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Employ Entity-Relationship modeling to produce designs optimized for retrospective data analysis.
• Determine appropriate facts and dimensions to support specific analytical queries and business functions.
• Analyze existing business system data through profiling and source analysis.
• Design and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure ETL accuracy during sourcing and population.
• Architect data within the model to support warehouse implementations and ETL architecture.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the data space, specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in Entity-Relationship modeling, including Star and Snowflake Schema modeling.
• Proficiency with enterprise modeling tools such as IDA, ERWin, or ER-Studio.
• Advanced knowledge of data normalization and denormalization techniques.
• Experience with Metadata management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Reference Data Management systems.
• Advanced understanding of ETL architecture and enterprise-level ETL tools.
• Expertise in UDMH Data Modeling and IBM InfoSphere.
• Advanced understanding of physical database and storage principles, including Google Cloud Platform and RDBMS.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead and facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders ranging from executive leadership to hands-on contributors.
