Description

You own end-to-end data operations processes to deliver accurate, timely data to clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data store repository, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and up-to-date records.
• Review data for deficiencies, correct incompatibilities, and conduct desk research to resolve incomplete records.
• Maintain the NIQ Panel by setting recruitment requirements and optimizing panel efficiency.
• Interpret panel health KPIs using statistical techniques and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Manage client queries related to Statistical Operations and ensure local market representation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in data operations or analysis.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL.
• Strong capabilities in Statistical Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Familiarity with managing panels and executing action plans.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NIQ Panel management or similar consumer panel tools.
• Background in statistical reporting and KPI tracking.
